The best thing to do when starting on your yard it to clean it. Get rid of anything you don’t want. If your yard has too many dead patches of grass and you have the money, start from scratch. Dig it all up and start fresh. You will be glad you did.

Plant your flowers and fill with the mulch, rock, or straw of your choice. When you have all these done you can now lay your new grass. It will make your yard nice and green. Adding the clean, crisp feeling you were wanting.

The only thing you will have left to do is get that patio furniture you want and then enjoy all the hard work you put into the yard. It looks great and makes you happy. It can make a big difference in the way you see your home and feel about your home as well.
